"We went to Ashland just a couple months ago and while planning where to eat we used Happy cow and Grilla Bites was so new they were not yet on here. We checked out Grilla bites and were blow away. Their sandwiches are delicious and they are very affordable and have tons of options, including desserts. They are the best place in Ashland! "

"I am absolutely addicted to the salad bar at this restaurant - it is the most complete and well-stocked that I have ever encountered, with simple staples like cucumbers and tomatoes, but also less common items like vegan potato salad and sunflower seeds. The sandwiches are really big - a half is more like a 3/4 sandwich. Considering that the food is organic, it really doesn't cost all that much. I can get a whole meal of a half sandwich and a side of veggies and hummus for only $5.20 - and I know that the organic ingredients weren't all that cheap. "

"Grilla Bites is a new restaurant in Ashland on the Plaza. We loved the organic salad bar with 3 kinds of greens and more than 30 veggies and toppings. They offered 3 organic soups, all made in house, and all vegetarian (2 were vegan). We also shared a marinated tofu sandwich which is toasted panini style. It was great, with inside sandwich ingredients melting together. We ate outside by the creek which made for a fun and casual time. Everthing on the menu was under ten bucks! The dining was casual with self serve water, siverware and napkins. Order at the counter, and tipping optional!!!"
